PO BOXES, RURAL ROUTE & APO/FPO/DPO

We will use DHL Express service for PO Boxes, Rural Route, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Processing time 1 to 2 business days.
  • Transit time 5 to 8 business days.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We will be able to cancel the order if the products don’t ship.

Once it transits, we will not accept any cancellation requests.  

ADDRESS CHANGE

If you put it mistakenly or want to change the shipping address, in that case, you have 12 hours. In this daring, you need to contact us as fast as possible.

ORDER TRACKING

When your product is successfully shipped, you will get tracking information on your confirmation email. However, you can also check via this page 

Please allow giving 24 hours for the tracking information to work properly.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition (no stains inside or outside of the garment, odors, pulled threads or damaged closures), and we will refund the full order amount. 

*Please allow up to 30 business days for us to process your return package at this time. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.


If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@hippol.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
